Line Cooks prepare and cook food using fryers, ovens, stoves, grills, flat tops, salad (cold) stations, and other kitchen equipment; strive to exceed customer expectations, follow recipes, prep and monitor level of food items, clean and sanitize work stations, prepare food items as ordered by guests, clean kitchens, wash dishes, and other duties as assigned.
We are looking for applicants who are reliable, punctual, can follow safe food handling procedures, can multi-task while providing exceptional customer service, and who enjoy working in a fast paced kitchen environment.
Environment: This is an indoor position which includes working in a hot kitchen. Must be able to stand for entire shift and regularly lift/carry 75lbs.
Qualifications: Experience as a cook is an advantage but not essential.
Seasonal position: Full-time, part-time and very part-time (holidays only) positions are available.
Pay: Ranges from $9.00-$12.00 per hour depending on experience
Other: Must provide own non-slip footwear.
