Given that the HTC Touch Pro 2 saw upgrades to Windows Mobile 6.5 on just about every other carrier months ago, Sprint Touch Pro 2 owners might be feeling a wee bit rebuffed right now. On the brightside, chances are good that the upgrade is coming eventually, right?

Well, it looks like “eventually” might be sooner than later.

PPCGeeks forumgoer Platin465 scanned in the above table from a Sprint Small Business Catalog which indicates that the Windows Mobile 6.5 upgrade will be coming down the pipes some time in March.

Also worth noting: whoever made that table sucks terribly at making tables. Why the heck would you list “Windows Mobile 6.5″, “Android Market”, and “BlackBerry App World” as separate comparison items? No phone is ever going to have more than one. Just list what operating system they have and call it a day.

I say “might” here because, well, we’re not really sure whats changed. RIM didn’t release a changelog, and the only thing people have noticed so far is that it runs “smoother”, which may very well be a subconscious side effect of having just updated something.
We’ll update you if we get any positive confirmation about any changes – in the mean while, feel free to go dig through the new build and let us know if you find anything. It’s like an Easter egg hunt!

Previously, users were not able to have "gay," "lesbian," "bi," "transgender," or "straight" in their Gamertags, the online ID that users sign up for when they take their Xbox 360 online.

The words were treated like profanity and racial slurs to prevent offensive usernames from popping up on high score lists and online games. However, there was a bit of an uproar from some gamers who wanted to use the words in a non-offensive way. These users sometimes had their accounts banned.

In an open letter, Xbox Live general manager Marc Whitten wrote, "Under our previous policy, some of these expressions of self-identification were not allowed in Gamertags or profiles to prevent the use of these terms as insults or slurs. However we have since heard feedback from our customers that while the spirit of this approach was genuine, it inadvertently excluded a part of our Xbox LIVE community."

Google's testing a TV search service in conjunction with Dish Network, allowing users to search content from Dish and other sources such as YouTube.

It would also allow Google to target ads at individual households through a link with its ad-brokering business Google TV, says the Wall Street Journal.

Based on a set-top box, the service is almost certainly based on Android - possibly a cut-down version - and allows users to search via queries typed on a keyboard rather than using a remote control. Viewers could create a personalised line-up of shows.

But it doesn't look likely to hit the mainstream any time soon, as it's apparently only a very small-scale test with a small number of Google employees. The company says it could be discontinued any time.

But cable network Dish currently has 14 million subscribers, giving Google a nice start if it decides to take the service further. Google's TV Ads is already a Dish partner.

It would face some pretty stiff competition, though, as most set-top boxes in the US are supplied by carriers. An online video search engine apready exists in the form of Clicker, which has deals with set-top box manufacturers Boxee and Popbox, and Apple's also been trying to break into the market with Apple TV.

Sony today announced that its video content delivery service on the PS3 now offers download-to-own HD movies from all of the major movie studios. The list is comprised of 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Universal, Walt Disney, and Warner Bros.

Most of these studios already offered high-definition films on the Playstation Network, but virtually all of them were only available as "rental" items, meaning they could be played for around 24 hours but then their license would expire.
PlayStation Storefront
After today's change, "PlayStation Network is the first and only service to deliver high definition home entertainment from all six major studios, directly to consumers for download," said Peter Dille, the head of Sony Computer Entertainment America's marketing and PSN departments.

Movies such as 2012, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, and This Is It are among the list of titles now available for purchase in high defintion.

The only real issue now is file size. Just a couple full-length HD movies could easily eat up a PS3 hard drive. And Sony doesn't allow users to easily re-download the movies that they have purchased (though it is possible to back them up and restore them at a later date).

Regardless, it is a big move for Sony as the first to land such a deal. It certainly can't be long before the big studios start offering download-to-own HD content on other platforms now.

Why do we fail when we were so eager to succeed? Lack of motivation!
Well I an going to show you how you can achieve your personal goals by helping you to stay motivated enough to make it to and past that initial 6 week goal and get you from conscious thought to habit!
Manufacturer coupons also have a double, divided bar code.A store coupon is a coupon issued by a particular store for use only at that specific store. Most store coupons can be found in the stores weekly ads, but occasionally you can find them in other places. Some stores, such as Food Lion will have store coupons you can print out online by going to their store website. The way you can identify these coupons is because they will say 'store coupon' on them and will have the store name on them.
Those of you who have followed my posts over the last two years know I am typically a staunch defender of The Resort. If the rumor about their being no coupon book is true, however, I will call a spade a spade. I find this not only insulting and offensive, I think it is a sneaky, underhanded move- particularly for not making in known BEFORE it was time to renew our dues. In times when we are struggling just to hang on to our property, finding this out in the paper today was a like a kick in the you-know-what. We were not only looking forward to our coupon book to help us afford a summer respite, we hoped to bring friends along that didn't have to pay, what $60 for their family just to ride up the lift! If I sound like I believe the coupon book was an entitlement, your are right. This is no different to me than if my dues were raised $500. Shame on the resort, and shame on Brunstad who undoubtedly would have the final decision. Shame on them for PUNISHING the members that actually live in Angel Fire or travel there to spend money supporting the town and resort. The only people who don't care about this coupon book are the people that don't care about Angel Fire! It is now much easier for me to understand a lot of the animosity I encounter with the resort, if underhanded moves like this are common. And then I hear something about a 20% discount? Ha, anyone wanna bet a hamburger is $8.00 this year instead of $6.00!? I am not sure what the bean counters saying this is going to save the resort, but I can promise you in the long run it will cost a ton. Goodwill is hard to earn, but easy to lose.

The AFR golf course is slated to open May 9th this year with a closing date of October 19th.

The Resort has dropped the price on it's Stay & Play package to $89!!!!

If you haven't played the course - it's worth the trip. True alpine golf - alot of elevation changes, incredible views, mountain streams running along and through many of the holes, aspen and fir trees everywhere. The layout is really top notch and conditions are really solid by Memorial Weekend.

I'll see if I've got some pics I can post.

I happen to know of a charming unit, and not mine, in the Angel Fire area. Its across the street from skiing in the Chalet complex. The couple who owns it has done a tremendous job with a complete remodel. Everything is new. I love the way the place looks. Its a 1 br, but they've got others remodeled too that have more space. All the contact info and the details about the places they rents can be gotten at their website.
http://www.angelfirenmcondos.com
- definitely worth a look if your in town.

Happy Spring, Angel Fire.

(PS - yes I cheated, the photo isnt of Angel Fire - just didnt have one quick. :) )
