Flexibility for Golf Schedule:
Classes will resume May 2014.
This class is programmed to help restore balance, flexibility, joint and strength losses that have occurred over the winter. Please bring a short iron to the class. Class size is limited to 10 people per class.

Aqua Fit Schedule:

Want a great aerobic and strength training workout with zero impact on your joints? Jump in the pool and dive into Aqua Fitness Classes! Use the natural resistance of the water to get your heart healthy and your body toned.

Physical Conditioning for Winter Sports:
Classes will resume May 2014.
This fitness class is programmed to enhance strength, stamina, balance and flexibility required for winter sports such as downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing. Class size is limited to 10 people, sign up in advance to guarantee a spot. Walk-ins are welcome provided the class is not at capacity.

Yoga Schedule:

An all-levels yoga class that is both accessible to beginners and challenging for the more practiced. Designed to work and stretch all the major muscles groups as well as the internal organs and systems of the body. Develop flexibility, strength, concentration and balance.  Focus is on cultivation of awareness through observation of the body and breath.

Pilates Schedule:
Classes will resume May 2014.
Pilates training at the Angel Fire Resort Country Club can open the door to a new world of health for virtually anyone, at any age and any fitness level. Pilates is a remarkable method of increasing flexibility and core muscle strength without using weights and with no impact on joints.
