You’ve invested in Angel Fire vacation property. More than that, you’ve created your own beautiful home away from home. But unlike your main residence, you can’t always be here to sweat the small details. So allow us to do that for you. Angel Fire Resort’s property management team is here seven days a week, 365 days a year. We provide weekly monitoring to catch routine homeowner issues before they become big repair or replacement problems.
For a small monthly fee, we’ll visit your home or condo and check or adjust temperature settings. We’ll test carbon monoxide detectors. We’ll report on propane levels, and look for water damage or leaks. We’ll test and lock all doors and windows, check outside security lights and check for any external damage or road and driveway access issues. We’ll hold keys for your approved guests or authorized repair technicians, and we’ll let you know when your property is all locked up and secured again after they leave.
