Want a great aerobic and strength training workout with zero impact on your joints? Jump in the pool and dive into Aqua Fitness Classes! Use the natural resistance of the water to get your heart healthy and your body toned.

This fitness class is programmed to enhance strength, stamina, balance and flexibility required for winter sports such as downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing. Class size is limited to 10 people, sign up in advance to guarantee a spot. Walk-ins are welcome provided the class is not at capacity.
