An all-levels yoga class that is both accessible to beginners and challenging for the more practiced. Designed to work and stretch all the major muscles groups as well as the internal organs and systems of the body. Develop flexibility, strength, concentration and balance. Focus is on cultivation of awareness through observation of the body and breath.
