The Mountain at Angel Fire

Come Up for Air!

Base elevation: 8,600 feet. Summit: 10,677 feet. Vertical drop: 2,077 feet. Skiable Terrain: more than 550 acres. That’s a whole lot of room for family fun!

At Angel Fire, you’ll enjoy a mountain of unspoiled, uncrowded trails for every ability level, including over seventy-five runs and two ski and ride freestyle parks. We have more than thirty acres of gladed tree skiing. NASTAR racing. Tubing. Even a well-lit bunny slope for night-time snow play. The experience is painted brighter by startling blue skies chased by legendary sunsets. Short lift lines guarantee you’re back up the mountain before your heart beat returns to anything resembling normal.  Come to the stunning Southern Rocky Mountains for some of New Mexico’s best skiing and snowboarding.

First time on the snow? Our ski and snowboard clinics held on our terrific teaching terrain are a great way to sharpen your skills. With our friendly instructors leading the way, you’ll leave with more confidence—and the skills to back it up!

Take a look at our base area map for your reference.

Check out our webcams, the snow report, and current weather conditions.
