Angel Fire Resort has recently submitted a petition to the Village of Angel Fire for the creation of a Public Improvement District (PID) to effect the installation of infrastructure (roads, water, electricity, phone, and sewer) on certain lots in Angel Fire. Implementation of the PID is subject to approval by the owners of affected properties. Public hearing on the petition is scheduled for December 19, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. in the Angel Fire Village Hall. All are encouraged to attend. If approved by the Village, the petition will be presented to property owners for a vote.
