Summit Haus Supervisor
Angel Fire Resort is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor who shares our passion for excellence. Applicants must possess strong customer service skills in person, be able to communicate effectively, and be able to maintain a positive attitude in a demanding environment. This position is responsible for leading the Summit Haus team in the overall execution of lunch service. The current menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, chili, sandwiches, BBQ brisket, etc. The Summit Haus is the restaurant at the top of the mountain, therefore: riding the chairlift is required to get to and from this location.
We are looking for professional, hardworking, and talented applicants who have at least two years of supervisory experience — with a record of achieving a well-trained, motivated, safety conscious, happy, hardworking team of employees. Applicants must display a solid understating of all NM Department of Health regulations as applicable to food service and have the ability to maintain compliance with those standards at all times. Must have a current NM Alcohol Servers license.
Environment: This is an indoor and outdoor position that involves riding a ski lift to and from the restaurant location. Must be able to stand and talk for entire shift and occasionally lift/carry 50lbs (occasionally lift/carry/move kegs weighing 100 pounds or more).
Qualifications: At least two years of successful supervisory and customer service experience is required. Must have valid NM Servers License.
Minimum Age: 21 years old
Estimated Start Date: Early December
Schedule: Full-time, hourly position. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by the nature of our Resort business.
