Ticket Cashier – Ski School
Ticket Cashiers are responsible for selling ski/snowboard lessons, adaptive lessons, and lift tickets to customers. This position includes cash handling, operating a Point of Sales system, providing customers with resort information, answering guest questions, and resolving issues.
Applicants must possess strong customer services skills, be able to communicate effectively, and be able to maintain a positive attitude in a demanding environment.
Environment: This is an indoor position. Must be able to stand, sit, and talk for long periods of time, and occasionally lift/carry 25lbs.
Experience: Cash handling and customer service experience is required.
Seasonal position: Full-time, part-time and very part-time (holidays only) positions are available.
Pay: Starting between $9 – $11 per hour, more depending upon experience
A typical shift: Starts around 7:45am and ends around 5:00pm. Due to the resort nature of our business, applicants should expect to work weekends and holidays.
