Seeking a highly organized and efficient, multi-tasker who has fantastic customer service skills for the position of Ticket Office Manager. This position will lead the Winter Tickets office and Snow Sports ticket office in selling lift tickets, season passes, ski school lessons, as well as handling guest resolution which includes issuing refunds and take care of unhappy customers.
This person would be required to provide excellent customer service when it comes to accurately and efficiently making sales but also stick to policies and procedures when it comes to authorizing refunds or resolving customer issues. Applicants do not need to be familiar with the ski school operation in order to apply. However, you would be expected to learn everything about the ski school process so that you can provide guests with accurate information at all times.
Qualified applicants will be assertive yet friendly, have strong cash handling skills, be excited to learn all about ski school, have 3-5 years of successful leadership experience, and have solid computer skills including experience with sales software.
This is a fast paced department that plays a huge role in overall success of our resort. As the manager of this department you would have the opportunity to be in a key role that makes a difference in the ski resort operation and provides guests with positive and memorable vacation experiences.
- 3-5 years’ experience in related field
- Management experience
- Working knowledge of Sirius/Inntopia software preferred
Schedule: This is a full-time, winter seasonal position with opportunity to continue full-time during summer. Due to the resort nature of our business, candidates should expect to work holidays, days/nights and weekends.
Pay: Depends on experience and qualifications.
