With one of the largest and best Reservations Call Center in Northern New Mexico, there is always someone available to book your home or condominium over the phone. Our designated Condo/Home specialists are personally familiar with your property and can describe those features that will ensure any prospective guests are excited to visit. Our Front Desk is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week to issue keys and answer any questions you or your guests might have.

Our Sales & Marketing Departments are here to help us keep your property full! They are selling large groups and weddings throughout all seasons, distributing Resort brochures in multiple states and attending trade shows and conferences throughout the year.

We also provide additional benefits for our property owners; since we represent the amenities, activities and services of Angel Fire Resort, we can offer these same things to your guests, whereas other Property Management companies cannot. Any guest checking into your property has access to the Hot Tub, Indoor Pool, Business Center, Fitness Center and high-speed Wireless Internet – all located inside the Lodge.


Condos & Homes

Place your property into the Angel Fire Resort rental pool and earn some extra money on your empty condo or home.

There are many convenient benefits to guests for including your property in our night rental program.

These include:

– Access to the resort lodge’s amenities, including the pool & spa, business center and fitness room. Only resort lodge and condo guests enjoy these privileges.

– Check-in and service at the resort lodge front desk at 4 p.m. or after, including key pick-up, maps, directions and more. Late-night arrivals will especially appreciate the convenience of a friendly welcomer to guide them to their front door.

– 7 days per week/24 hour a day security and full-service maintenance on call. Not that you’ll need it, but it’s good to know help is just a phone call away.

Homeowners Association Services

Angel Fire Resort Property Management is the perfect choice for your condominium Homeowners’ Association, to effectively manage and protect the interests of the property owners within your condominium community. Our experienced team provides a turn-key solution to assist
you in all areas of association management.

  • Accounting
    Billing, monthly statements, and more. As your HOA manager, we accept payments for association dues, pay the bills and send out Owners’ statements. We also keep records of payments & delinquencies and file liens on the HOA’s behalf when necessary.
  • Maintenance
    Common area maintenance and repairs, snow removal, oversee capital projects done by contractors, landscaping, can provide security patrols.
  • Annual Association & Board Meetings
    Facilitate meetings, prepare agenda for approval, assist with annual budgets, mail out announcements, and serve as point of contact for Owners & Contractors.
  • Timeshare Associations
    Book reservations, 24/7 guest check-in, hotel amenities only available through Angel Fire Resort, interface with timeshare exchange companies (RCI, Wyndham), full housekeeping and maintenance services.
