The resort sits within the scenic Moreno Valley, approximately three hours from Albuquerque and about two hours from Santa Fe, making it an easy mountain getaway for visitors throughout the Southwest.

Most guests arrive by personal vehicle, although regional air service is available through Advanced Air. During winter months, it’s always a good idea to check road conditions before traveling, particularly if snow is in the forecast.

Booking a tee time at Angel Fire Resort is quick and convenient through the resort’s online reservation system. Guests can select their preferred date, tee time, and number of players before arriving, making it easy to plan the perfect mountain golf experience.

Advance reservations are highly recommended, particularly during weekends, holidays, tournaments, and the busiest summer months. Booking ahead provides the best selection of tee times and allows you to coordinate your round with lodging, dining, or other resort activities.

Morning tee times often provide cooler temperatures, calmer winds, and some of the most spectacular mountain views.

Angel Fire Resort’s Bike Park is the largest lift-served Bike Park in the Southwest, featuring more than 60 miles of trails and over 40 professionally maintained runs for riders of every ability level. The Bike Park operates during the summer season, typically from mid-May through early November, weather permitting.

Access begins at the base of the Chile Express, where guests can purchase lift tickets, pick up rental equipment, check in for lessons, and begin their day on the mountain. Whether you’re riding your own bike or renting one from the resort, experienced staff are available to help you get started.

Daily trail conditions and lift status are updated throughout the day, making it easy to plan your ride before arriving.

Cancellation policies vary depending on season and product  

The Lodge At Angel Fire Resort: The first night’s booking payment is due at time of reservation.  48-hrs prior to arrival the remaining balance is auto-Processed.  For a full refund, canellation of reservation must be done 48-hrs prior to arrival date.

RVResort: $50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.  Cancellations 72 hours or more in advance of arrival date will receive deposit minus $50 cancellation fee.  Cancelling within 72 hours will result in loss of deposit.

Vacation Rentals: 60+ days prior to arrival recieves full refund minus CC fees.  31-59 days in advance receives a 50% refund minus any CC fees.  30 days or less NO Refunds.

Lift Tickets: Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival, 100% will be refunded.  Within 30 to 15 days of reservation, 50% will be refunded. No refunds will be issued within the 14-day period prior to arrival for any activity reserved or those made on premises. All sales are final.
