Good Information Makes
For 23 years, Angel Fire Resort and the Association of Angel Fire Property Owners (AAFPO) have enjoyed an extraordinary relationship. During this time, the Resort has worked hand-in-hand with AAFPO’s Board of Directors to improve the amenities and implement projects that benefit the entire Angel Fire community. Until now, no AAFPO Board has ever made a formal complaint against the Resort. So it may come as a surprise for some of you to learn that the current AAFPO board is suing the Resort. Although this Board’s unfounded accusations sadden us and threaten our community’s long-term health, we have faith in the relationships the Resort and the Membership community have formed over the years. We also believe in 100% transparency and, as such, we’re providing access to all documents associated with this lawsuit. With your help, we know we can inform the entire community and continue working toward a bright future for our beloved community.
