In the interest of the health, welfare and safety for our guests, employees, and property, Angel Fire Resort Operations LLC (“Resort”) strictly prohibits the unauthorized use of drones and all other remote-controlled aircraft (“Aircraft”) on its property. This prohibition includes but is not limited to: Aircraft launched on- or off-site that travels anywhere on or above Resort property.
Written application may be made to the Resort Marketing Department (marketing@angelfireresort.com) requesting an exception to this prohibition. To allow for proper authorization and notification of appropriate parties, request for authorization must be made at least 7 days before flight plan. Anyone found flying Aircraft on or above Resort property without prior authorization will be asked to leave Resort property.
