Refund Policy
Planning a trip to Angel Fire Resort? Please review our policies carefully before booking.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Tickets, Rentals, Lesson Packages, and Products
Angel Fire Resort does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including inclement weather, weather-related travel conditions, road or airport closures, or vehicle-related issues. No refunds are issued during your stay for partial weather holds, injury, or illness.
If you are unsure how many days you will participate in activities, we encourage purchasing items daily.
Cancellation Timeline
- 31+ days before reservation: 100% refund
- 30–15 days before reservation: 50% refund
- Within 14 days of arrival: No refunds for any reserved activity or on-premise purchase. All sales are final.
Any changes to Ski and Snowboard School lessons or packages within 14 days of arrival will incur a rescheduling fee of up to 25%. Reschedules or changes may not be accepted during holiday periods.
No-call/no-shows will forfeit service and are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
Additional Fees and Adjustments
- Administrative fees may apply for changes to Lift Tickets, Tubing, Rentals, or Pass Reprints.
- Lost tickets may be replaced at no charge with the original stub and receipt.
Season Passes and 4-Pack Passes
All sales are final. Season Passes and 4-Pack Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
To protect against injury or unforeseen circumstances, you may purchase Pass Protection for an additional fee at the time of purchase. Unless you add the Angel Fire Winter Season Pass Protection Plan and its qualifications apply, no refunds will be issued. For details, call 800-633-7463.
Payment and Deposit Policy
Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Non-Transferable and Misuse Policy
Passes and tickets may not be resold, transferred, or refunded. They may be confiscated and not reissued if, in the sole judgment of Angel Fire Resort Operations LLC, the holder:
- Acts in a manner that endangers the safety of any person;
- Violates the law or resort policies;
- Provides ski or snowboard instruction or related services for compensation;
- Engages in fraud, misconduct, or nuisance behavior.
Lost or stolen passes must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in loss of skiing or snowboarding privileges.
