Tickets, Rentals, Lesson Packages & Products
Travel insurance is always recommended when planning a trip to Angel Fire Resort. If you are unsure how many days you will be participating in activities, we encourage purchasing items daily as Angel Fire Resort will not issue refunds under any circumstances including inclement weather, weather-related travel conditions, road or airport closures or vehicle-related issues. No refunds will be issued during your stay for partial weather holds injury or illness.
If you cancel 31 days or more prior to reservation, 100% will be refunded. Within 30 to 15 days of reservation, 50% will be refunded. No refunds will be issued within the 14-day period prior to arrival for any activity reserved or those made on premises. All sales are final. Any changes to ski and snowboard school lessons or packages within 14 days will incur a rescheduling fee up to 25%. Reschedules and changes may not be accepted for holiday periods. All no-call/no-shows will forfeit service and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Other fees will be assessed for changes to: Lift Tickets, Tubing, Rentals, and Pass Reprints. Lost tickets may be replaced at no charge with the stub and receipt
SEASON PASSES AND 4-PACK PASSES
Written Cancellation Policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. To protect against injury, you may purchase pass protection for an additional fee. Unless you add the Angel Fire Winter Season Pass Protection Plan to your Season Pass at the time of purchase, and its qualifications apply, no refunds are given. For more details on either program, call 800-633-7463. Written Deposit Policy Payment in full is due at the time of booking. NO RESALE. PASSES AND TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Passes and tickets may be confiscated and will not be reissued if, in the sole judgment of Angel Fire Resort Operations LLC, The holder: 1) acts in a manner that may endanger the safety of any person; 2) violates the law; 3) provides ski and/or snowboard lessons or related services for compensation; or 4) engages in fraud or misconduct or creates a nuisance. The holder shall immediately notify AFR if their pass or ticket is lost or stolen; failure to do so may result in loss of skiing or snowboarding privileges.
