Refund Policy

Refunds

If you are unsure how many days you will be skiing and snowboarding or participating in activities, we encourage purchasing items daily as Angel Fire Resort will not issue refunds under any circumstances including inclement weather, injury, illness. This includes but is not limited to unused days or sessions of any of our products, unused day/s, of lift tickets, lessons, rentals, tubing sessions or any other package or product.  All sales are final.

ANGEL FIRE RESORT COVID-19 PASS & RESERVED PRODUCTS LIMITED PROTECTION COVERAGE

Angel Fire Resort recognizes the disruption and uncertainty caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Historically, we have not provided refunds for our season pass and 4-/6-pack products (collectively, “pass products”) or for lessons, equipment rental or lodging (collectively, “reserved products”); however, the COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented. Therefore, we have attached limited protection coverage to our pass and reserved products in the event Angel Fire Resort operations are restricted or closure is mandated pursuant to government order related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This coverage will apply to pass and reserved products, regardless of whether you choose to purchase optional TravelGuard insurance extending additional coverage to your pass and reserved products used during your time with us.

Pro-rated and full refunds for pass and reserved products shall be at the sole discretion of Angel Fire Resort. No refunds for pass products shall be given after the Resort has operated for 75 days during its winter season. Reserved products are fully refundable pursuant to a government-mandated closure order.

In order to be eligible for a refund related to a COVID-19 resort restriction or closure, you must submit a refund request to us within 30 days of the effective date of the government order. You may submit a refund request by calling our Central Reservations at 844-218-4107, sending a fax to 575-377-4200 or email us at cenres@angelfireresort.com.

Unless you purchase optional TravelGuard insurance, a refund pursuant to this limited protection coverage is your sole remedy in connection with the operation of Angel Fire Resort and the inability to use your pass or reserved product during the 2020-2021 season.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ANGEL FIRE RESORT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PERSONAL INJURY/WRONGFUL DEATH, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF, KNEW OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE YOUR PASS PRODUCT, RESERVED PRODUCT OR INSURANCE COVERAGE.

This limited protection coverage attached to your pass and reserved products is not transferrable. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Mexico, and any lawsuit hereunder shall be brought in the State or Federal Courts located in New Mexico. By use of your pass or reserved product, you agree to these terms and conditions, irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection on the basis of inconvenient forum or improper venue. Regardless of any inconsistent statute or law, any claim or cause of action arising from the inability to use a pass or reserved product must be initiated within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises.

 

Important policies for lessons reserved during peak periods: 

  • Rescheduling Private Lessons: All private lessons will start on time.  If you are late you may use the remaining time.  If you wish to reschedule between 14 days and 48 hours, there will be a 25% rescheduling fee.  If you wish to reschedule inside 48 hours there will be a 50% rescheduling fee if there is a time or day that we can accommodate a reschedule to. Reschedules and changes may not be accepted for holiday periods. All no show/no calls will forfeit service and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Rescheduling Children’s Ski School : Any changes in program or rescheduling request made between 14 days and 48 hours there will be a 25% rescheduling fee.  If you request a reschedule or change to the program inside 48 hours a 35% fee will be charged, if an accommodation can be made.  Reschedules and changes may not be accepted for holiday periods.  All no show/no calls will forfeit service and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Changes to or rescheduling of Adult Group Lessons or Packages: There will be a 25% rescheduling/change fee for any changes to a product or rescheduling of a lesson.
