While our remote location is a big draw for many guests, our local airport, proximity to two major airports and neighboring states makes getting off the beaten path easier than ever.
Flying to Us
Private pilots can fly directly to Angel Fire Airport (KAXX), and JSX flights are available to nearby Taos Regional Airport (TSM)!
Angel Fire Resort Members and visiting guests staying at one of Angel Fire Resort's lodging properties can take advantage of our complimentary shuttle to their home or lodging during their stay.
To book a shuttle, we require at least 24 hours advance notice for flights into Angel Fire Airport (KAXX) and 48 hours advance notice for JSX flights into Taos Regional Airport (TSM).
We request that private pilots land at Angel Fire Airport as it is only three miles from our resort and boasts one of the longest runways in the USA; Angel Fire Airport can accommodate nearly every kind of aircraft and charter flying in today's airways.
Please note, this service is not available for Vrbo or guests of properties not managed by Angel Fire Resort. If you plan on traveling beyond the resort area, a rental car is recommended.

Driving Here
Angel Fire Resort is an easy (and beautiful!) drive from Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and other areas of New Mexico.
Once you're here, convenient skier parking is located within 400 yards of the lifts with complimentary shuttle service to the base of the mountain. For guests of The Lodge, complimentary parking is available in designated lots.

EV Chargers Available
Angel Fire Resort has partnered with Kit Carson to house two EV Chargers on our property. There is a Rapid Charger (Phase 3) located in the back parking lot of the Country Club and a Phase 2 Charger, located in the Green Parking lot adjacent to the footbridge.
