Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL – no refunds given for any reason, including injury. To protect against injury, purchase pass protection for an additional fee. Expires October 26, 2025. For more details on the program, call 800-633-7463.

Lift Tickets
Tickets can be purchased online or during regular business hours at the Angel Fire Bike Park Ticket Office, located at the base of the Chile Express chairlift.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason, including, weather, terrain, or injury.

Ticket & Pass Requirements
Waivers
Waivers are mandatory and we ask that you please complete the online waiver before arrival. Signed Waivers are Required. If you are under the age of 18 and will be coming to ride without your parent or guardian, please be sure to have your parent or guardian complete the waiver before you arrive at the Ticket Office.
Pass Photo Requirements
Follow the guidelines below when submitting photos for your Season Pass:
- You’re easy to recognize.
- You’re the only one in the picture.
- There’s a head-and-shoulders view, with the entire face, both eyes and hair visible; head coverings worn for religious purposes are allowed.
- You’re in focus.
- There are no dark spots or shadows.
- No inappropriate or “funny” photos.
- Black-and-white photos are acceptable.
