Deluxe First Timers Lesson Package- Level 1 | Ages 13+
Our Adult Group Ski & Snowboard Lessons at Angel Fire Resort are designed specifically for first-time skiers and snowboarders ages 13 and older. This full-day lesson package is the best value for teens and adults who are new to the sport and want a supportive, confidence-building introduction on the mountain.
Taught by some of our most experienced instructors, these adult group ski lessons focus on proper technique, comfort on snow, and steady progression throughout the day.
What You’ll Learn in Your First Day
By the end of your first day, most participants are confidently linking turns on Dreamcatcher, our beginner-friendly terrain.
Lesson Schedule & Meeting Location
Adult group ski and snowboard lessons meet twice daily at the Ski School Meeting Place at the base of the Chile Express:

Morning session: 9:45 AM

Afternoon session: 1:45 PM
For consistency and continued progress, the same instructor typically teaches both sessions.
We recommend picking up rental gear the day before your lesson, or by 8:00 AM on lesson day, to ensure you’re ready to start on time.

Notes for the 2025-2026 Season
- All Level 2 and up adult ski & snowboard lessons are available in private format only.
- Advanced reservations for all adult group lessons are highly recommended.
- Reservations for adult group lessons will be essential for the following holiday periods:
Dec. 23-Jan. 4, Jan. 17-20, Feb. 14-17, Mar. 9-21 - We do not recommend the use of “ski blades” for learning in ski school. We suggest renting your equipment from us at Angel Fire Resort to ensure the correct gear to learn on.
