  • These units are designated for employees classified as Full-Time Year-Round, with priority given to newcomers to the Moreno Valley

  • Can accommodate in-bed campers, vans, or small camper trailers
  • Permits must be displayed at all times; unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense
  • There are no water, electric, or sewage hook-ups at the Primitive Camp Ground; toilets and showers are located 1/4 mile away in the Resort Lodge
  • Camp ground is only plowed after 2 or more inches of snow accumulation

You can apply for the Summer Season between April 1 and September 7.
Summer Rental Agreements are valid from April 1 through October 31.
