After receiving an accumulated total of SIX to NINE inches of snow from the storms we had this week and last, snowmaking has officially begun at Angel Fire Resort! As the snow levels rise, so does our excitement for the 2019-2020 winter season! We’re pulling out the big guns and hoping mother nature does the same.
Temperatures are prime for snowmaking, with the nights hitting the high teens. Behind the scenes, the snowmaking crew is already hard at work to cover Angel Fire Resort in it’s seasonal fluffy, white coat.

Perfectly poised in the Southern Rockies, Angel Fire Resort is perched in the golden spot for all the snow that long term forecasts are calling for. While last year’s snow totals were epic, this year Angel Fire Resort is gearing up to provide guests and members alike with a winter filled with family-centric adventure.
