Questions & Answers

How much do activity tickets or passes cost?

Angel Fire Resort offers a variety of tickets and passes throughout the summer season, including Bike Park lift tickets, scenic chairlift rides, golf, lake activities, and season passes. Because pricing changes throughout the year and varies by activity, the resort always publishes current pricing on its official website rather than within its FAQ.

Booking online before your visit is the easiest way to review available options and plan your itinerary. Guests planning multiple days at the resort may also wish to explore season passes and vacation packages that combine lodging with popular summer activities.

Is night skiing available, and does it require a separate ticket?

Angel Fire Resort offers night skiing most weekends and holidays. When night skiing is offered, the resort publishes current operating dates, participating lifts, and ticket information on the official website.

Because schedules may change from year to year, we recommend checking the winter operations page before your visit for the latest information.

There is a seperate ticket required for night skiing, it can either be added on to your existing day ticket, or purchased seperately for those that are only skiing at night.

What time do the lifts open and close, and what lifts are running today?

Lift operating hours vary throughout the year depending on the season, weather conditions, maintenance schedules, and mountain operations. Because lift status can change during the day, Angel Fire Resort maintains live operating information online so guests always have access to the most current updates.

Before heading to the mountain, we recommend checking the daily snow report during the winter or the Bike Park trail report during the summer. These pages provide real-time information on operating lifts, open terrain, weather conditions, and any temporary closures.

Where and how can I buy lift tickets (online vs. in person), and do I need to reserve in advance?

Lift tickets can be purchased online through the official Angel Fire Resort website or in person at the resort ticket office during operating hours. While walk-up tickets are always available, purchasing online before your visit is strongly recommended, especially during weekends, holidays, and other busy periods.

Buying in advance helps make your arrival quicker and allows you to plan the rest of your vacation with confidence.  Online purchases made more than 72 hours before your arrival are discounted.

For online purchases less than 72 hours in advance during the winter you can purchase our EZ Ticket, skipping the ticket line when you arrive.

If you’re planning to visit for multiple days or need rentals, lessons, or lodging, booking everything together before you arrive is the easiest way to maximize your time on the mountain.

Not sure which ticket you need? Angel Fire Resort offers several products throughout the year, including winter lift tickets, Bike Park tickets, scenic chairlift rides, and season passes.

How much are lift tickets, and what does it cost to ski for a day?

Whether you’re planning your first visit to Angel Fire Resort or returning for another unforgettable season on the mountain, you’ll find a variety of lift ticket options designed to fit your adventure. The resort offers winter ski and snowboard lift tickets, summer Bike Park tickets, scenic chairlift rides, and season passes. Because pricing varies by season, date, and ticket type, Angel Fire Resort does not publish static pricing in its FAQs.
