Wake up and work out with a trained ESSENTRICS® Instructor at the Country Club on Tuesdays & Thursdays!

7:30 AM – 8:00 AM |  30-minute “Begin Your Day” class
8:30 AM 9:30 AM | Full Body Workout Class

• Workouts will vary and offer a combination of standing, barre (chair), and floor exercises.
• $12.00 per class or $10 per club punch card.
