Sunset Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga

Experience the serenity of Monte Verde Lake during our Sunset Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga classes, held every Tuesday evening in June and July. Each session begins promptly at 6:30 PM and is led by certified SUP Yoga instructor Cameron Benjamin. Designed for all experience levels, this unique class combines gentle movement, balance, and breathwork atop a paddleboard. Participants must be 13 years or older.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class to allow time to get on the water, or 30 minutes early if you need to rent a paddleboard (Included in class price, limited paddleboard rentals available).
As this is an outdoor event, all sessions are weather-dependent and may be canceled due to inclement weather. Spots are limited and fill quickly—reserve yours using the registration link below. Before registering, please complete a waiver for each participant.

Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. If a class is canceled due to weather, a full refund will also be issued.
