The locals around Angel Fire know what’s coming when they hear the hum. A slight, low frequency hum that travels down the Moreno Valley. At first, you’ll only hear it late at night. But as the nights get colder and snow begins to fall, the hum becomes more persistent. In the mornings. Then all day long. This slight, predictable hum. So we get our boards and skis waxed. We check out all the new gear. We start following the weather just a little more. Because we know what that hum means. It means that snowmaking has begun and our ski season is just around the corner. Come celebrate with us and hear the roar of the mighty Snow Guns as we kick off ski season next month!
