We will make every effort to provide you a memorable mountain experience. Please read the following carefully as it has your arrival instructions for winter and summer activities.
– Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
– Any changes to your reservation must be made 7 days in advance of your first scheduled activity date.
– Changes within 7 days may incur a rescheduling charge.
– CANCELLATIONS: 31 days or more prior to arrival date: FULL refund; 30 – 15 days prior to arrival date: HALF refund; 14 days or less prior to arrival date: NO REFUND.
Please pickup your reservation package at the Mountain Reservations Office up to one day prior to your arrival during business hours. If you have signed up for ski or snowboard lessons, we recommend picking up your reservation before 8:30 a.m. and BEFORE picking up rentals. You may need to arrive earlier on weekends and holidays.

If you are picking up ONLY Season Passes, your passes can be picked up at the Ticket Office, located on the upper level deck at the base of the Chile Express chairlift in the building marked Ticket Office. Season Passes are only available at Mountain Reservations prior to opening day.
You may pickup reserved lift tickets at Mountain Reservations during regular business hours.
Rental pickup is available the day-of your reservation. You may also pickup your rentals one day prior to your reservation, after 3 p.m.
Rental Shop Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
TIP: Pickup your rental equipment at least 45 minutes prior to lesson check-in time. You may need additional time during weekends and holidays. Rental equipment may look the same, but are set differently for each individual. Write down or commit to memory your ski/snowboard number.
Overnight ski storage is available on days night skiing is available.
A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST SIGN RENTAL CONTRACT FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. A CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS.
Please be at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson with BOOTS ON, equipment, lift ticket and lesson ticket READY TO GO.
Meet up Location: The Angel Fire Ski & Snowboard School sign, located across the snow from the upper level deck, adjacent to the base of the Chile Express Chairlift.
Adult Group Lessons (Ages 13+): Begin at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time. Lessons begin on time.
Private Lessons (All Ages): Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time. Lessons begin on time.
TIP: Wear sunscreen and lip balm, bring eye protection, water proof clothing and wear layers as temperatures may change throughout the day. Drink plenty of water, rest and avoid rigorous exercise until you have acclimated to our high elevation.
This information pertains to children enrolled in CSSC ONLY. Please pickup this portion of your reservation package at the Children’s Ski & Snowboard Center (CSSC) the morning of your child’s reservations. Your child’s rental equipment is available inside the CSSC building.
Location: Follow the wooden stairs to the right of the Chile Express chairlift to the CSSC building.
Children ages 3 – 6 who have never participated in our program will need to have their age verified. Birth certificates may be forwarded via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 575-377-2001.
Have your children at the CSSC building by 8:30 a.m.; 8 a.m. on weekends and holidays. Children who arrive after 8:30 a.m. will not be admitted. Those who want to speed up the process have the option to fill our their child’s paperwork at CSSC between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. the day before.
TIP: Please have your children at the Children’s Ski and Snowboard School Center equipped with waterproof gloves/mittens, head coverings, socks and snow goggles or sunglasses. Helmets are provided for children ages 4 – 12 enrolled in CSSC programs ONLY.
Rental equipment for children registered with CSSC is available inside the CSSC building. DO NOT pickup your child’s rentals at the rental shop.

Meet at the base of the Chile Express 30 minutes prior to start time. Our Zipline Adventure Tour starts on time. Latecomers are subject to losing their spot—there will be NO REFUNDS.
What to Bring: Shirts, closed-toed shoes, sunscreen at least 15 – 30 SPF, lip balm, eye protection and waterproof jacket in the event of afternoon showers. Long hair should be tied back. NO sandals or flip-flops.
Be cautious of altitude sickness: Drink plenty of water, rest and avoid rigorous exercise until you have become acclimated to high elevation.
Angel Fire Zipline Adventure Tour Weather Cancellation Policy
The Angel Fire Zipline Adventure Tour operates rain or shine. However, tours may be cancelled due to inclement weather (wind, lightning, etc.). During periods of passing storms, tours will be put on hold. Tours in progress will pause and future tour start times delayed. Weather holds may last up to one hour. Cancellations due to weather are a last option. In the event that we must cancel a tour, we will either reschedule the tour at your convenience, provide you a voucher for a future tour valid for up to one year, or provide you the option of a full refund.
If you have questions about the weather, please call the Ticket Office at 575-377-4383. We will call you in the event your tour needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
